“I am a client from Shanghai, China. I have been in Auckland for only two and a half years. I was so lucky, because I met the Derek who is the construction manager of the Armstrong & Wolfe Ltd. when I was ready to renovate my house, a professional, dedicated and very reliable Irish Builder with LBP licence, who listened to my call all the time, contributed personally. And he was so considerate and always thought of what I intended to and needed.

At the beginning I really had no idea of what to do about the renovation for lack of experience in it. Because it is not a small project. (For all the aluminium alloy doors and windows have to be replaced, 2 sets of bathrooms need to be remade, the circuit needs rearranging and replacing, all the garage is reorganized, and the interior and exterior walls have to be painted etc.)

It’s not easy to think about it now. In particular, due to the retention of the internal original-carved wood lines of the window frame, the frame between windows should be carefully replaced and well preserved, after a new double-glass was restored, the whole framework should be restored again. The manual process handled by the company was absolutely professional and meticulous. After the restoration, the framework was far more perfect than the original, it was really a miracle!
Within such a short three-month period of time, the old house has taken on a new look, looking like a fresh lotus flower rising from under the water, extremely beautiful. The whole project was perfectly done on time, neatly and orderly. I felt so satisfied that everything was as I had expected and perfect. It was absolutely my luck to meet such a builder in New Zealand!
